RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're always here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom items are not eligible for return, exchange only for product defects.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please contact us at jddesigncomp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please provide photos if necessary.
- We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Ship the item back to us. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing jddesigncomp@gmail.com. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at jddesigncomp@gmail.com. We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after 8 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

International Shipping

Delays and Issues
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, please note that some orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, high-demand seasons, or courier delays. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to report any issues.
